This look consists of putting all the fall colors into one. Emerald greens, mustard yellows and navy look great together. When choosing tights they should stay in within the neutral palette. The scarf adds a pop of cranberry and raspberry into the mix, tying in the raspberry belt (which happens to be from a summer dress). Try to think outside of the box when it comes to accessories- you probably own more than you think! Belts that come bought with a dress make superb waist belts when belting over-sized tunics, etc.
