Always have a pop factor, an outfit isn’t complete without one. There are many different ways you can create your pop factor when planning out your look. Most choices involve a bold color or pattern, a statement necklace, or sometimes some nice big red lips…
The moment I completed this look I felt my inner French say ‘Bonjour!’ You see, there is a simple eclectic style to the iconic Parisian trendsetters and it’s done with little to no effort. You do a little mixing of texture, wear some stripes and some flats and you’re pretty much there. Oh, and don’t forget the messy up bun. Â
Obviously this Iphoria tee is one of my favorites, the lip patchwork is unique and eye catching, which makes the outfit. Plus, it’s fun, and everyone needs to have a playful side– life would be dull if we didn’t. Here, I paired it with a black Drew blazer that is cut open on the elbows (one of my favorite details about this look), a BB Dakota grey cape, Frame denim and a GiGi New York cross over purse, with BCBG Max Azria loafers.
These loafers are excellent. They have a metallic heel which is unexpected, and people love the unexpected. I can’t tell you how many compliments I receive when I wear these shoes. They are unfortunately sold out, after Instyle featured them in their November 2016 they were wiped out immediately, but I have linked a somewhat similar shoe with a metallic heel that I really love. So shop the links below and until next time, always be kind.
Au Revoir,
Erica xx
