This look I paired together to accomplish something different. I always love seeing the short high waisted denim shorts on other women, but never has quite been my choice of style. Personally, I do not like the feeling of my a** hanging out of the bottom of my shorts, granted if you have a nice fit butt by all means it’s different, lol. However, this long vest made me feel comfortable in what I was wearing, because it provided coverage for the derrière and down to the back of the knee… And we all know that having comfort in what we wear = confidence.

Sometimes its okay to be a daring in a nonchalant way. I’m 32 years old and feel like short shorts such as these are something for only a 20 year old, however, with the addition of the long vest it opened my age limit. If you know me, you know I  would never be caught dead in a pair of shorts such as these without some coverage! These Mink Pink shorts are a perfect addition for summer, a great pair of poolside shorts for sure. Until next time.
