The Perfect Puffer

Let’s be real, a perfect puffer vest can be somewhat hard to find. You want the vest to have just enough of a chic element to it to keep it out of the classification group of “outdoors” only. This Joie puffer vest is literally perfect, and the best part, is that it’s REVERSIBLE! A two-in-one can never be beat.

I kept this look casual, but chic with a heel. Pulling colors from the Joie top, I paired it with a pair of dark gray cargo skinnies by J.Brand and with the reversible “Hendrick” vest by Joie. I worked off the neutral and earth colors and accessorized with cognac-tan leather mules by French Connection and a saddle bag by Foley and Corinna. I used the deep blue stone jewelry by Kendra Scott to create a complementary pop factor (and PS I will forever be in love with this necklace, it carries a unique, but bold, elegance all at the same time). 

This would be the perfect look to wear for drinks and a movie with the girls, or for a get together at a friends house. And just a side note: Don’t worry too much about red wine spilling on the cream side of the vest, because you can always just “reverse” it 🙂  (Okay, I admit, that may have been a little cheesy, but my boyfriend is wearing off on me with his Phil Dunphy-ness, which he will never admit that).
