My Skincare Routine:
Mornings, I apply the F83 first thing when I wake up (literally I grab it from my nightstand while still laying in bed), and let it stay on for an hour before rinsing my face with water and applying the F59 serum and the F07 moisturizer before my makeup. At night, I wash my face with CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser (or wipes if lazy) and apply the F59 and the F07 again. I rotate in the F82 retinol every two days at night and I take the internals in the morning or at night before bed. I mix two pipettes of the I01, and a cap full of each I66 and I70 in a shot glass. I cannot tell you the amount of hair growth and fullness that I experienced just after taking the internals for one and a half months. My hair, nails and skin all showed a notable difference.
