Hey there, flat sisters! With summer in full swing, I wanted to share some of my favorite hot season options.
Six Necklines that I love as a flattie:
- Deep V camisole or tee. I love this neckline more as a flattie than when I had breasts. The V neckline allows room for dainty layered necklaces or a bold statement necklace, which add another level of interest for the eyes to be drawn to. I also love wearing blazers and jackets with this neckline option.
- Off the shoulders. This is always an elegant option and is very complimentary for flat-chested women, as the eyes are drawn to the skin of the shoulders.
- One shoulder with ruffles. This option was my go-to for the first year after surgery, as it helps to fill in the voided area as you adjust to the empty space.
- Mock neck. I love a high-neck moment for a sophisticated appeal.
- Crew neck shirt with a strong shoulder (shoulder pads help to build structure around your frame.)
- Squareneck and sweetheart. Both of these feminine neckline options are flattering, as their cut and shape create a visual for the eyes to be drawn to.
