A Detox Bath with Instant Gratification

In my search for a healthier way of being, I’ve come to discover that I’ve been obsessing over different detox methods. I’ve tried a few, but none compare to the Apple Cider Vinegar bath. I instantly saw results after just one soak. I literally tried it for the first time Sunday night, and needless to say, I went and stocked up on A LOT of Apple Cider V.

My skin felt as smooth as a baby’s ass -yes, a baby’s ass- and my hair flowed like a silk shirt blowing in the wind. I literally thought I was Pantene Pro V commercial material, and to confirm these thoughts were compliments from my coworkers on Monday, “What did you do to your hair? It’s so shiny.”(honestly!) I can’t remember a time I ran my fingers through my hair as much as I did on Monday.

How it works:

Pour two cups of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar into a HOT bath, as hot as you can stand. Soak in the bath for at least 30 mins. Wash your face off using a wash cloth and dip your hair into the ACV/water mix twice. After dipping my hair and soaking, I continued to bathe off using soap, then stood up and showered (washing my hair with normal shampoo and conditioner). Literally, you can feel the difference in the texture of your hair as you’re drying it off. Read more about ACV benefits for the skin and how it works here and here.

I have linked the Apple Cider Vinegar to purchase in a 12 pack of 16oz bottles. Forget about the measuring cup and just pour in the whole bottle. I always like to simplify things 🙂 Please find time to try this! I promise you won’t regret and I hope you feel Pantene worthy like I did.  Until next time.

Always be kind,

Erica xx
